The business was established in 1986 on a wing and a prayer. Now, more than 35 years on, Rick's Place has become a local institution.

As the owner, with over 40 years' experience in hair styling, I pride myself on providing excellent service from classic cuts to modern trends. But in me you'll also find a therapist, confessor, relationship guru, comedian, father figure, political animal, sports pundit, and, above all, a loyal friend there for his clients during their happiest and saddest times.

So if you can excuse me being a Bluenose, why not drop by? There's no appointment necessary and I'm sure you'll find my prices to your liking. All ages are welcome and there is wheelchair access.
